Premise Alert Program

The Illinois Premise Alert Program (PAP) provides for Public Safety Agencies in the State of Illinois to allow people with special needs to provide information to Police, Fire, and EMS personnel to be kept in a database. The information can then be provided to responders dealing with situations involving the Special Needs individual.

The information gathered as part of the PAP shall remain strictly confidential. The information shall be used only to provide assistance to emergency medical and police responders. No public safety worker shall knowingly violate this confidentiality clause.

Since Kancomm has Computer Aided Dispatch where these records are maintained, and provides services to all the residents of the City of Kankakee, residents can now download the necessary form by clicking here. Once downloaded and completed, the form can be mailed, emailed or faxed directly to Kancomm. If needed, an Officer can also pick up the form from your address and deliver it to Kancomm for you.
